The room was nice. We really enjoyed the view and the window seat was lovely. We were really upset that the indoor pool wasn't heated as we specifically chose the hotel for a heated pool but the reception said the pump was out of service or something. And neither did the vending machine work. However, the staff was very nice, the room was clean, there's a Starbucks and oxxo within walking distance, the breakfast was good. We were 2 adults and 2 children and we paid $1300 for the night so it was a good price. Next time I'll call to make sure the pool is working

A decent hotel. Rooms are either single or double. Breakfast is acceptable. Front desk staff is very receptive. No real issue with anything- it's a nice hotel for a budget.
It exceeded our humble needs. Good price, friendly staff, clean, comfy beds. Simple but tasty breakfast. We did a quick one night stay so we didn't check out the amenities. We would stay there again.
It's an awesome hotel the service is excellent the room was big enough i did not eat in the hotel so i cant talk about It but the climatized pool is open from 7 to 10 pm and is excellent for a chill out.
Modern and comfortable! Very happy with the hotel...modern and great bed! It has everything except mini fridge which not matter to us...quiet, huge parking lot and good American breakfastunfortunately I do not have any pic because we stay just one night and we arrived late...very convenient for us because the location is close to the main road and there is a 24 hrs store close to the hotel. Front desk very friendly and good service!
Everything was great, I think prices were just right. They include breakfast as courtesy, included in your reservation. Food was really good, you could eat almost everything you like from a great variety, such as eggs, waffles, famous mexican chilaquiles (not the right way of preparation, though). I will surely return there, and really recommend it.
